Healthy, sustainably produced food, prepared with a lot of love, is one of my greatest sources of enjoyment. As a university student, I am always trying new recipes and ingredients – my curiosity is both a strength and a weakness. In my effort to cook nourishing food, I have had my share of disasters….(my friends will never forget the truly terrible carrot and orange soup I made once!). But this road dotted with culinary disasters has also been dotted with some successes – and this blog is my way of sharing them.
